Angel Slayer Setup DA/SK With this setup it will be possible to cast Banish Seraph faster than everyone else, you will be able to gain a lot more exp than people with big groups. This is a PvE Setup, but the tatoos are also good for PvP if you have a focus weapon.
What do we need ? Since Banish Seraph is affected by DEX and consumes 10 soul ore each cast we need two things: CON,Increased Weight Limit and DEX, Atk Speed Tallum offers +8% Atk Speed and weight limit +5759. If you don't have enough money this is a good choice. You might consider getting +5con instead of +5dex. Any other Agrade Set will be fine too but Tallum is the best choice because of the increased Atk Speed (lower reuse time of Banish Seraph). IC offers +8% PDef, which is great because we need to be able to take a lot of hits. Requirements: - Banish Seraph LvL8 - LvL 70+ Where can I hunt with that setup ? Basically you can hunt at all spots with angels (you can recognise them by checking the first icon "race" if you target a mob) However there are three outstanding spots: - Monastery of Silence (Angels only, some magic creatures deep inside) - Tower of Isolence (Angels only)  - Wall of Argos Center (Angels and Magic Creatures)   Monastery of Silence: Soloing/Group:Good for two SK's/DA's or a SK/DA with buffer/healer. Quests: Talk with the priest near the clanhalls (it's the one on the left) to start a quest where you can earn Sgrade Enchant Scrolls (Weapon and Armor). You have to collect around 4000 scripts for a EWS (but every mob gives you one). EXP: Ok (worst in comparison to TOI,WoA) : Yellow Mobs at 76. You can earn 32k from a Silent Brother/Solina Brother and around 42k from a Monastic Crusader at lvl76 (solo). Land Rate: Good Drops: Best Tower of Isolence: (7th-10th) Soloing/Group:Good for two SK's/DA's or a SK/DA with buffer/healer. If you can make it up to TOI7th you will be fine. Do not try to run through TOI5th-6th alone because there are too many mobs around. Quests: Talk with the warehouse manager in Aden Castle Town. You can get TOI blueprints to earn Agrade Armor Recipes. EXP: Best: White mobs at 76. You can earn 50k from a Guardian Angel at lvl76 (solo). Seal Arcangel give like 73K exp, Seal Angel 48K, and platinum about 50K at LvL79 (solo) (tested by Icre8). Land Rate: Bad (worst in comparison to WoA,MoS) Drops: Good The Center of Wall of Argos: Soloing/Group:Perfect for everyone. You can go there self-buffed, buffed, duo etc. Try to go around "Elder Homunculus", you can avoid their attacks easily. If they attack you paralyze and hex it, it will take long to kill it so use some GHP and try to avoid more aggro. Quests: Talk with the Eye of Argos and get the Quest "Watching Eye of Argos". You can earn EXP,SP, Adena and Sgrade Jewelry Parts. EXP: Good: White mobs at 76. You can earn 42k from a Disciples of Protection at lvl76 (solo)(0,02%).. Green mobs at 77. You can earn 42k from a Disciples of Protection at lvl77 (solo)(0,01%). Land Rate: Good Drops: Ok (worst in comparison to TOI,MoS) General Hints - Do not attack mobs, it's a waste of SS! Wait until Banish Seraph lands. - Use power strike after Banish Seraph landed to kill the mobs to get more exp. You have to be fast, especially if fear lands as well. - Buy Elixir of Mana or you might run out of mana fast. - Buy around 2k Soul Ore, 2k SS, 20 Elixirs of Mana and some GHP. You got to make sure that you are below 50% weight, drop additional soul ore at a safe spot close to you. - You can kite most of the angels if you want to; they are not very fast. - If you are killing them one by one you can sit down to regenerate HP/MP - Use Arrest if you don't want them to flee if fear lands - At MOS it is recommended to paralyze the main angel, try not to kill him first because the other angels might disappear then and you wont get any exp. - At WoA it is recommended to paralyze Homunculus only General Hints by AltusHunter *I usually start out hunting 2 divine mobs at a time. -If first one lands, great..move on to the second -If just fear lands, i let it go and target the 2nd mob. i. If second one lands, sweet....now just finish off the 1st mob ii.If second one only the fear lands, then i let it run and retarget the 1st mob iii.Then pretty much repeat the steps and you get to "juggling" the 2 mobs or lethal striking them. -Of course there are times when the banish skill is not working so that is when you utilize your para/stun skill so you don't end up angel food until you kill them. *I'm always engaged against at least 2 mobs at a time and toggle my walk as upposed to my running. *If mp is getting low, i just hunt 1 mob at a time: -If skill lands, awesome...i move on to the next. -If fear lands, i let it go and sit to regen my mp i just wasted +another 30 mp. -If nothing lands, i root/stun depending on your mood hehe, and cast banish until either fear or lethal lands and repeat my process. Buffs: - Get Zerk - Get Dance of Fury - Get Haste2 (or use pots) Equipment Cheap equipment: Tallum Heavy + Cursed Dagger/Stiletto/Dark Elven Dagger with Rsk. Focus or a simple Haste Weapon (Tallum Blade, Heavy War Axe) Expensive equipment: Imperial Crusader + Cursed Dagger/Stiletto/Dark Elven Dagger with Rsk. Focus or a simple Haste Weapon (Tallum Blade, Heavy War Axe) Tatoos Tallum Set (+2str -2con) and Tatoos: +5dex -5str; +4con -4str = 33str, 39dex, 34con IC Set: (+2str -2dex) and Tatoos: +5dex -5str; +4con -4str = 34str, 37dex, 36con What do I need for the best Banish Seraph? (SK,ST) - Tallum - Dagger with Rsk Focus - Zerk - DoF - Haste2 - 39dex - below 60% HP How many times will I have to cast Banish Seraph LvL 10 until it lands? Banish Seraph LvL10: 100 Tries Average Value until it landed: 2,39 How many times will I have to cast Banish Seraph LvL 8 until it lands and can I hunt with it at WoA? Banish Seraph LvL8: 100 Tries (tested by Fereveldir) Average hits until BS lands : 3.14 It's possible but expensive to kill "disciples of protection" at Wall of Argos with Banish Seraph LvL8. What costs can I expect if I want to level with that setup? - Around 2753-3100 adena for every cast (10 soul ore) - Around 7,4k Adena each mob (Banish Seraph lvl10) for soul ore - GHP ~20 / 40min = 60k adena - Elixir of Mana 1-2 every / 20min = 40k - NO SS if you don't fight other mobs = 40 * 7,4k Adena (if you kill 40 angels a buff round) + 30k Adena (GHP) + 40k Adena (Elixirs) = ~366.000 Adena / Buff Round I want to see that skill in action!!
